However we recognise that the occasion may arise, due to unforeseen circumstances, when employment is terminated within 3 months of commencement.
To give our clients reassurance that they will not incur a second fee, SRS support all permanent introductions with a 3 month replacement guarantee.
In addition to this, if there is any doubt about a person’s suitability after 3 months and you find it necessary to extend their probationary period, this guarantee will also be extended for a further 3 month period.
We have confidence in the temporary staff we provide and in our skills in matching the right person to each role. However if you are dissatisfied with any temp after the first day’s work we have a no quibble replacement policy and you will not be charged for that day.*
